Get to Know Us

FPC Charities, a San Antonio, Texas-based 501(c)3, was founded to be A Conduit for Caring.  Unlike most charities, FPC Charities isn't about becoming a larger organization, unless that means that we can have a greater impact in the community of San Antonio.  Instead, FPC is focused on one thing, and one thing only: Making the Greatest Possible Impact on the Organizations and Individuals We Support.

Meet the Team

Frank R. Pakuszewski

Meet Frank, a proud San Antonio local who spent the '90s in Austin while earning his degrees at The University of Texas. He returned to San Antonio in 2001 to dive into real estate and tied the knot with his amazing partner, Colleen, in 2005. In 2009, he launched his own firm during the recession, discovering the true value of connections and. Since then, Frank has collaborated on several urban infill projects and actively contributed to local boards, all while trying to carve out some well-deserved "free time."

Dr. John D. Edwards, MD

Dr. John, a proud San Antonio native, is a distinguished graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and U.T. Southwestern Medical School. He completed his Residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the George Washington University Medical Center before returning to San Antonio, where he has been a valued partner at Alamo ENT Associates. Committed to community service, John actively contributes to the Witte Museum Board of Trustees, participated in Leadership San Antonio Class 41, and serves on the Bexar County Medical Society Board of Directors.

Joel A. Reyes, DO

Meet Joel, a dedicated physician and passionate musician born in the Philippines and raised in Stockton, California. After earning a degree in Music Performance from New York University, he chose to follow his calling in medicine, graduating from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. With years of active duty in the Air Force, Joel honed his skills in pediatric critical care while serving in Bagram, Afghanistan. In 2014, he and his wife, Erika founded STAAMP Allergy clinic and STAAMP Research, providing essential care to critically ill children in Southern New Mexico and beyond.
